I want to order just one
newsletter, yet you state the
best value is a year's
subscription. Why is that?
We are always glad to have someone
try a free preview of our letters and
even purchase just one letter.
However, we do offer the best
incentive in pricing to those who
purchase a 12 month/1 year
subscription plan. Even if you don't
want to purchase an entire year, you
can still save by purchasing a 3, or 6
month plan. And if you purchase an
individual letter and then decide to up
to a larger plan, we'll include that initial
purchase so you can get the discount -
if you like!
What if I am not happy with the
newsletter?
We offer unconditional satisfaction. If
you are not happy with a newsletter,
we will either work to correct the
problem or will refund your money. To
be sure you are happy, we are offering
the first month free on a 3 month
order. If after the first month you are
not satisfied, then cancel the order
and you will not be charged.
I would like to try a single
newsletter file that I customize
at first and perhaps later
upgrade to a file that you
customize for me. Can I get the
multiple letter plan discount?
Yes, any initial purchase will count
toward upgrading to any of the
multiple newsletter plans. However, if
you upgrade from the basic file you
customize yourself to a higher level
of service where we do some of all of
the work for you, the price will be
reflective of the service ordered. A
discount will be factored in based on
total number of letters ordered and
the level of service on each.
How long does it take to get the
newsletter?
Depending on the timing of your
submission, you should have your
newsletter file within five business days
after ordering (orders placed on
holidays or weekends may have a two
day delay). If you have special
requirements or customization, it will
take longer. We will alert you at the
time of order how long it should take.
Generally, it should not take more than
two weeks. If you request us to do the
printing and mailing, please allow up to
four weeks.

basis.

economical, practical approach to

customer base while helping you keep
more time for doing what you do best -

What file types do the newsletter
files use?
All of our newsletters are Publisher
2002 files. If you cannot use this file,
we can make arrangements for you to
get it in another file form. We will work
with you on this when you order the
newsletter. We can also supply a pdf
format file for sending the newsletter
as an email. For this format, we would
have to do a custom newsletter file that
would incur a small up front charge for
this work. We will quote this when you
order.
How do the discounts work?
The longer the subscription period,
the lower the price per letter. For
example, if you sign up for a three
month subscription, your price per
copy would be lower than if you
purchased a single edition.
